The biggest complaint teachers have is that they have no time to learn new things or investigate new technologies. Although there are numerous teacher resources available for us to use online, many of us do not have or take the time to check them out. Teachers are overwhelmed with all that they have to fit in to a schedule!
What I suggest is find someone who has ideas that you like and follow them on Pinterest, Blogger, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Every October I attend a technology conference for educators. I always make it a point to take a workshop by Suzi Brooks. Suzi is a fourth grade teacher in Falmouth, MA. Her workshops are called Technically Invisible. I follow her on Pinterest http://www.pinterest.com/simplysuzy/technically-invisible/, Twitter, and Facebook https://www.facebook.com/TechnicallyInvisible/photos_stream?tab=photos_albums. I am sure she must have a Blog that I will hunt down and follow as well. http://blogs.falmouth.k12.ma.us/simplysuzy/technically-invisible/

Although it may take me some time to scroll through her posts, I know that I will always find something cool that will save me time in the long run!
The last technology class I took I created a blog and followed several other teacher blogs. I used Google Reader for my RSS- Really Simple Syndication to make it easier to keep up with all of my classmates blogs and wikis I was following. Google Reader has been discontinued. I believe it has been replaced by a different RSS in Chrome. RSS feeds keep everything you regularly view online in one place so that you do not have to search for several different websites. All of your readings are in one place.
I know your time is short, but check out the links above. I am going to keep investigating technology resources to blog about for this class.
